My Integral Life
After completing a four day vision quest in 2001
(SacredRiverHealing.org), I committed to living an integral life. My integral life is originally based on Integral Theory and Integral Transformative Practice (itp-life.com). My integral life consists of a balance of body, mind, spirit and shadow in the service of self, community and world. Recently, I’ve adapted my practice and committment based on the approach of Elliot Dacher (elliottdacher.org) who uses the four quadrants as well.
My Integral Life is a commitment to the four dimensions of being. My integral life is committed to flourishing psycho-spiritually biologically, interpersonally and worldly. I am committed to an integral life and flourishing.
